Our Story
Back to top ↑Established in 1997, our company is led by: Mr. Suresh Bhatt (B.Sc. Chemistry), an industry veteran since 1963 and recipient of the prestigious Udyog Ratna (conferred by the then President of India Giani Zail Singh) and Udyog Shree awards from the Government of India, and Mr. Pranav Bhatt (M.S. Biotechnology, California State University, USA) who brings over 12 years of expertise in developing custom formulations and integrating advanced technologies.
Our advanced manufacturing and warehousing facility is located in Sanand, Ahmedabad. Over the years, we have developed a range of granulated, liquid and powder pesticide and fertilizer formulations, supplying to leading multinational companies including Corteva Agriscience, Agrostar, Nuziveedu Seeds, Novozymes and The Dow Chemical Company among others.
We are currently focussed on Crop Nutrition and providing our customers with various support services to enhance their customer experiences.

TRI-Coat G®
Tri-Coat G is a granular Plant Superfood is an organic Bentonite soil conditioner coated with HUMATES from the USA. It enhances soil quality, nutrient efficiency, and reduces water needs through advanced slow-release technology. Benefits include increased soil organic carbon, stabilized pH, and early plant growth.

Tri-Vigour is an ECOCERT approved organic foliar biostimulant containing 6% pure Potassium Humate. It enhances soil quality, nutrient absorption, and water efficiency using our Carbon Complexing Technology. The product’s, source from the USA, offers natural nutrition boosters for plant growth and is easily absorbed by plants.
TRI-Dissolve®
Tri-Dissolve is a USA-sourced water-soluble Potassium Humate biostimulant made using a cold process. It offers yield stimulation, rich potassium content, improved nutrient efficacy, and is manufactured using our Carbon Complexing Technology™ for enhanced bioavailability. It has a low dose rate and contains more humates than typical products in the market.
TRI-NutriFUL®
Tri-Nutriful is an organic foliar biostimulant for enhancing pre-flowering/flowering. It contains amino acids, nutrients, and O-Carbon to improve nutrient uptake, stimulate flowering, and increase nutrient efficacy. The product aids in early growth, pollen tube formation, cell division, robustness of fruits and vegetables, and acts as a natural chelating agent.
Kinetic Sticker / Spreader / Penetrator
Kinetic is a biodegradable spray adjuvant used with pesticides and for dust control. It enhances the performance of agro-chemicals, especially water-soluble herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, and growth promoters by improving wetting, spreading, and penetration.
AMINO MIX WSP
Amino Mix WSP is a flowering Biostimulant is a natural product used in foliar application. It is made up of various carefully selected L-Amino Acids for pre-flowering stages, promoting plant growth and development. It enhances flowering, improves yield, and boosts plant health.

We have been involved in cost-effective contract/toll manufacturing adhering to international quality and operational control standards for our clients. Furthermore, we offer cost-effective process development, management, and control services. Currently, we operate at an average annual capacity of over 10,000 MT for granular formulations, over 500 MT for powders, and 500 KL for liquid formulations per shift. Our planned production ensures timely delivery of goods to our customers.
